Donation locations established for fire victims

Donation sites have been established for the Christmas Eve fire victims. 
Think about what it takes to furnish the inside of a home. Blankets, pillows,beds, bedding, hairdryers, personal items, furniture, and all home furnishings will be needed by both households affected.

Yolanda Harvey Household:
They are especially hoping to replace the twin bunk beds that the children slept in. 

The only clothing items now needed are men's big n tall size 62X32 pants 6-7XLT shirts and a 4X boxer briefs. Shoe is a 13 D or 13 EE.

Brenan Fulton, Youth Pastor at First Baptist Church, 13307 East 96th Street North is opening the doors for your donations. He has also opened the Church gym to the children where they can come and play and not be stuck in the hotel room all day. 

There are two girls ages 2 and 4 and four boys ages 2,4,7,and 18.

Donations will be accepted:
Wednesday 1pm-4pm
Thursday 10am-2pm
Friday 10am-2pm

Donations can also be taken to Attic Storage, 11500 E. 80th Street North in Owasso. They are opening several storage units for items to be stored in. Their telephone number is 918-347-7448.

Hours for Attic Storage:
Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
Saturday 9am-3pm

You may donate money at any Arvest location to the Yolanda Harvey Support Trust. Monetary donations will also help with paying for an the extended stay location until they are relocated.

Wesley and Connie Allbritton household:
Wesley is a disabled veteran who works at Whirlpool and Connie ran a daycare out of their home. 

Donations can be made at First Bank of Owasso to the Wesley and Connie Allbritton Fire Fund. 

Specific items requested at this time:
  • Wesley needs overalls for work (waist 38-40; inseam 30)
  • Large suitcase-their son, Jarrad, lives out of state now but has been in Owasso for the holidays. His luggage was destroyed in the fire and he will need some for when he leaves on Friday. The Allbrittons will also need luggage for when they pack to relocate.
  • Men's watch
  • Purse and wallet for Connie
  • Wallet for Wesley
  • Grey men's tube socks
These items can be taken to the Candlewood Suites in Owasso. Remember to specify that they are for the Albritton family.
